Set along the tranquil shores of Batu Belig Beach, The Chand’s Estate is an intimate collection of eight stylish beachfront villas, offering a wonderful choice for couples, families and groups seeking a private tropical escape.
Just a short drive from the vibrant centres of Seminyak and Canggu, the estate combines a peaceful coastal setting with easy access to Bali’s renowned restaurants, beach clubs, boutiques and nightlife.
The collection features villas ranging from one to three bedrooms, each designed with contemporary interiors and subtle Balinese influences. Every villa offers comfortable bedrooms with luxurious king-size beds, air conditioning, TVs and en-suite bathrooms with deep bathtubs and rain showers.
The one- and two-bedroom villas open directly onto their private terraces and pools, while the three-bedroom villa is arranged across two levels with a master suite featuring its own private balcony and sea views.
Each villa enjoys its own private swimming pool surrounded by spacious terraces, tropical greenery and reclining sunbeds. Depending on the villa selected, guests can enjoy views towards the sea from their private outdoor space, creating an inviting setting for lazy afternoons, refreshing swims and unforgettable Bali sunsets. The larger three-bedroom villa also features a generous terrace with a 9.6m pool and poolside gazebo.
Inside, the villas provide bright and comfortable living spaces with dining areas, kitchenettes and views towards the pool and tropical surroundings.
The three-bedroom villa offers additional space with an open-air dining area, fully equipped kitchen, enclosed living room and an upper-level lounge overlooking the terrace. Room service is also available, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxed meal without leaving their private retreat.
A friendly team of housekeepers, villa managers, receptionists and security staff is available throughout the stay, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
